How To Delete Your Unloc Account
You can delete your Unloc account directly from within the app by following the steps below.
- Open the Unloc app.
- Navigate to Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm your request by completing the required verification.
- Your account deletion request will be processed.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your Unloc account will be deactivated.
- Access to the application will be revoked.
- Personal information will be deleted where legally permissible.
- Certain information, including financial transactions and KYC records, may be retained for the period required under applicable laws and regulations, including CBN requirements and anti-money laundering obligations.
